RENTAL RENOVATION

This ranch renovation was fast and furious and so much fun. Our goal was to add modern amenities and more living space without losing the cool midcentury vibe… all in a few months! We gutted the kitchen and bathroom and converted the basement into additional bed, bath, and bonus rooms. By converting vintage pieces and restoring original features, we were able to create a cool space on a budget.
